Community Systems is the blog of Zaratan Coliving, where we share perspectives and thought leadership on community-building, housing economics, and new institutions. This blog has three overarching goals:
To show community-builders how better systems (both digital and analog) can make their communities more resilient, inclusive, and joyful.
To show policy-makers and housing developers how higher-density coliving can create housing abundance for millions.
To show digital governance researchers how lessons from shared housing point the way to a revitalized democracy for all.
If these goals seem ambitious, it’s because they are.
